How to find customs

• Go to Hall D, on the Arrivals level (level 0, ground floor).
• Follow the “Détaxe” (tax refund) signs.
• The tax-free customs office is next to the baggage service and the ATMs, opposite exit D3.

• If no customs officer is present, you can reach the customs service at +33 9 70 27 56 00.
