Head to door H (21D).
You will find the PABLO kiosks and the tax-free customs office nearby.
Tips and warnings
Opening hours: 7:15 AM - 6:00 PM.
After 6:00 PM and until 7:15 AM, the service moves to Terminal 3, in the Arrivals area on the ground floor (level 0). A courtesy phone to contact Customs is available near the arrivals exit and the lost luggage desk.
If you need a paper version of your tax-free forms, you can print them at the Terminal 4 pharmacy, located on level 1 opposite doors A40 to A42, open 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM. Cost: €1.50 per page, reimbursed by Zapptax.
Cash Paris kiosks are not PABLO kiosks. Only PABLO kiosks can validate your tax-free forms.
