Head to the escalator facing the entrance, opposite the currency exchange office.
Two counters of the tax-free customs office are located under the escalator.
Four PABLO kiosks are located opposite these counters.
Tips and warnings
If you have an issue with the Terminal 2 PABLO kiosks, customs officers can validate your tax-free forms manually with their electronic handheld scanner.
You can also go to Terminal 1, reachable from the terminal by a free tram running every five minutes. The ride takes about one minute.
