Tips and warnings
If the total amount (VAT included) of your tax-free form is €2,000 or more, use the phone available on site to contact a customs officer, who can come and affix a customs stamp to your tax-free form.

If the total amount (VAT included) of your tax-free form is under €2,000, simply drop it in one of the boxes provided. Customs officers will validate it and send us the stamped original by post.
