Tips and warnings
Opening hours: the tax-free customs office opens two hours before each flight to a country outside the European Union. It is available from 4:00 AM until 1:00 AM.
If no one is there, use the call terminal or contact Customs at +32 71 25 12 97.
For transit passengers who do not have access to the Departures Hall, a courtesy phone is available after the hand-luggage screening to contact the customs officers.
