Tips and warnings
PABLO kiosk operating hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, to cover all international flight departures.
At Terminal 3, a phone number is displayed on the office door to reach the customs officers: +33 1 48 16 08 13 (see photos below).
If you need a paper version of your tax refund forms, you can print them at any pharmacy inside CDG airport (printing fees are reimbursed by Zapptax). The nearest pharmacy is Pharmacie 2F, on the Departures level of Terminal 2F (level 1).
