From the Departures area (level 1), take the escalator located past the Carl’s JR restaurant to reach the Arrivals level 0.
Follow the “Détaxe - Tax Refund” signage.
The customs office and the PABLO kiosks are located near the escalator.
Tips and warnings
Opening hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, to cover all international flight departures.
If you need a paper version of your tax refund forms, you can print them at any pharmacy inside CDG airport (printing fees are reimbursed by Zapptax).
Cash Paris kiosks are not PABLO kiosks. Only PABLO kiosks can validate your tax refund forms.
