How to find customs

Go to Departures Hall B, on the 1st floor.
Once in Hall B, walk to the far end of the hall, toward the left.
You will find two PABLO kiosks opposite the tax-free customs office, just a few meters away.

Tips and warnings

Opening hours: the tax-free customs office is available 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
If a PABLO kiosk is not working or your tax-free form cannot be validated, contact Customs at +33 6 64 55 13 12.
